They released him from the hospital on Tuesday, his wrist bandaged up like a damaged hockey player. He was groggy but his eyes were clearing up after recovery from surgery to fuse his wrist bones with a small harvest from his hip.
Meet George Curtis right after the 50th surgery of his life.
This past weekend Curtis was inducted into the Southern Utah University Coaching Factory Athletic Hall of Fame in Cedar City, his alma mater.
