Here is the first installment of an Answer Queue for post Christmas...
Q- Are we in competition with the U for any recruits at this point or are they a non factor in most cases? When I look at most recruits we are after I hardly ever feel like the Utes are in the same game with us. What are your thoughts?
Also, From a buddy down here in Texas, a big backer of Texas Tech, Mike Leach apparently is not very well liked by most. What have you heard?
A- BYU and Utah are primarily after SS-RB-WR Kyle Brady of Tooele. This is the only recruit I can think of that BYU is after hard and Utah is following. The others have had little interest in going to Utah. The OL Sorenson from Brighton is a guy Utah is after but he was not offered a scholarship by BYU. On the Mike Leach front, I have heard the same thing, that Mike is wearing thin on a lot of Red Raider administrators and fans.
