BYU was voted into the Associated Press Top 25 on Sunday for the first time since 2002. The Cougars secured the 25th spot with 92 votes, an increase of 62 from last week.
BYU didn't make it into the Top 25 of the USA Today poll, but the Cougars did jump up to 27th, with 53 votes. Nebraska, ranked 25th in the USA Today poll, has 107 votes.
BYU is still on the outside looking in with both the Harris Poll and the BCS standings. The Cougars are ranked 26th in the Harris Poll.
